At 6:40am, twenty parents are standing at the gate wondering if the bus has passed. At 5pm the transport manager is fielding calls about traffic on Mombasa Road. Route fees are charged by guesswork, and nobody can say which learners actually boarded.

What Anademy Transport does

- 03Boarding and drop-off check-ins per learner.
- 04Route and stage set-up with transport fees linked to fee management.
- 05Trip history, speed alerts and mileage for fleet costs.
Questions we expect from the staffroom
Do we need to buy trackers?
Not necessarily. Many schools start with the driver’s or matron’s phone, then fit dedicated trackers later.
Can parents see other children?
No. Parents see the bus and their own child’s check-ins only.
Does it work with hired buses?
Yes, any vehicle can be added to a route.
