Textbooks issued under the government ratio vanish over the holidays. The store’s exercise books and chalk run out mid-term. The uniform shop keeps a receipt book and a cash box. None of it shows up in the accounts until someone does a stock take.

Yes, by source, so you can account for them at audit.
