What happens today
Most school sites in Kenya were built once, for a prize-giving day, and never touched again. The fee structure is from 2022, the phone number rings a teacher who left, and the only way to see the school is to drive there. Meanwhile parents are comparing three schools on their phones during a matatu ride home.

Questions we expect from the staffroom
Can we update it ourselves?
Yes. We train one or two staff members and leave a one-page guide. Most edits are text and photos.
Do we need a new domain?
If you already own a .ac.ke or .sc.ke domain we keep it. If not, we help you register one.
What about photos of learners?
We set up a consent process and use photos only of learners whose parents have agreed.
