What happens today
Ask any bursar what term opening looks like: a paybill statement with 600 lines, half of them with the admission number typed wrong, and a queue of parents holding Fuliza screenshots. Balances get worked out by hand, and fee reminders go out late or not at all.

What Anademy Fees does
- 01M-Pesa paybill or till integration: payments land against the learner using the admission number as the account number, with fuzzy matching for typos.
- 02Fee structures by grade, boarding status, transport route and optional extras like lunch or clubs.
- 03Automatic receipts by SMS, and balance reminders on the dates you choose.
- 04Bank deposits and cheques recorded alongside M-Pesa, so there is one ledger.
- 05Daily collection reports for the director and arrears lists for the bursar.
Questions we expect from the staffroom
Do we need a new paybill?
No. We connect to your existing paybill or till through Safaricom’s Daraja API, with your authorisation.
What if a parent pays with the wrong account number?
Unmatched payments go to a review queue with suggested matches. The bursar confirms with one tap.
Can parents pay in instalments?
Yes. Every payment is recorded against the term balance, and you can set instalment plans per family.
