Why this line exists

A small facility runs on three things that rarely talk to each other: the patient card, the pharmacy shelf and the insurance claim. Every missing link costs money (an expired batch, a rejected SHA claim) or time at the front desk. This line joins them, one module at a time.

Lab results portal

Results on the patient’s phone, not in a pile at reception

“Your results are ready” should be a message, not a trip.

Patients come back just to collect a printout, or call reception repeatedly. Results get photographed and sent over personal WhatsApp, which is neither secure nor recorded.

  • Results released by the lab once verified, with a secure link sent by SMS.
  • Patient verifies with a code before viewing.
  • Doctor comments attached to the result.
  • A record of who viewed what and when.
Is WhatsApp used?

Only to send a link if the patient chooses it. The result itself stays on the secure portal.
