The line-up, as a morning’s collection

Each entry is a product. Most cooperatives start with the farmer registry and collection.

Why this line exists

Farmers judge a cooperative or buyer by two things: was my produce weighed fairly, and was I paid when promised. Behind both sits a collection book, a weighing scale and a payments spreadsheet. This line connects them, and adds what farmers ask for: timely advice in their own language.

In detail

Advice in local languages

Extension SMS advisory

Advice that reaches the farm, in the farmer’s language

Spray before the rains, not after.

Extension officers are few, and farmers rely on neighbours and agro-dealers for advice. Weather and disease alerts arrive late.

  • Scheduled SMS advice by crop, season and region.
  • Messages in English, Swahili and local languages, written with agronomists.
  • Alerts for disease outbreaks and weather.
  • Farmers can reply with questions routed to an officer.
Who writes the advice?

Your agronomists or partner experts. We provide the system and help with translation.

Farm to buyer

Traceability & compliance records

Records that satisfy the buyer’s auditor

Where it grew, who grew it, how it was handled.

Export buyers and processors want proof of origin and practices. Records are scattered across paper forms and clerks’ notebooks.

  • Lot records linked to farmers and collection dates.
  • Farm practice records: inputs, spraying, certification status.
  • Exportable reports for buyers and certifiers.
  • Audit trail on every change.
Which certifications?

We record what your certifier requires; tell us which schemes you work with.

Does it replace the certifier?

No. It keeps the records they need.

Management and buyer view

Cooperative dashboards & contracts

The board sees the season as it happens

Volumes, prices and payments, before the AGM.

Boards and managers see reports monthly, if at all. Buyer contracts and delivery volumes are tracked separately.

  • Volumes by centre, route and farmer, daily.
  • Buyer contracts with delivery progress.
  • Payments and outstanding advances.
  • Board-ready monthly summary.
Can members see it?

A summary version can be shared at AGMs.

Multiple buyers?
